WATCH CRAFTSMANSHIP
All Hip Chic watches are handcrafted in small quantities. Our wide and ever-changing variety of designs, colors, Exotic Fabrics and trims makes each Hip Chic watch a limited edition collectible.
Slight variations in color or texture on our hand-tooled leather bands are not only considered normal, it is desirable to collectors. Unlike machine-made watches, no two Hip Chic watches are exactly alike.
BILLING AND PAYMENT
Hip Chic proudly accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, And American Express as forms of payment. We do not charge sales tax, except on orders being shipped to New York State, in which case an 8.625% sales tax surcharge will apply.
SHIPPING
Our goal is one-week delivery from date of purchase, with most orders arriving in 3 business days. All Currently Out Of Stock Items can take between 4 to 6 weeks to be processed. All shipments are sent via UPS and USPS.
Shipping & handling rates are based on service selected and are automatically calculated upon checkout. These rates are for USA and Canada only. Please email us for international shipping rates. Customerservice@hipchiccouture.com

All Hip Chic Couture Products come individually packed in our exclusive Hip Chic gift boxes.
WARRANTY
All Hip Chic watches come with an exclusive one year warranty with proof of purchase receipt that provides a free replacement of any mechanical problem with your watch. It does not cover watch strap, crystal, batteries, plating or discoloration unless defective upon receipt, in which case we will send you out a completely new watch or repair.
REPAIRS
Replacement parts:
$10.00 FOR CRYSTAL; $10 FOR BATTERY. Please also add $5 for shipping back to you. So you must include a check for a total of $15. You must include a proof of purchase receipt along with your warranty card, full name and address (NO PO Boxes). Personal check or money orders are acceptable for repairs.

Important: As per instructions of the U.S. Post Office, in order to ensure proper delivery of your watch it is extremely important that you print your name, telephone number and address clearly on the warranty card. The watch should be packaged with care. Be sure to include the correct amount due in check or money order together with the watch in order to swiftly process your return or repair. If the proper fee is not included, your watch will not be processed until the fee is received.
SIZE OF WATCHES
Please, be aware that the loosest fitting of our watches is 7.5 inches and the tightest fitting is 6.5 inches. The actual length of the watch is 8.25 inches.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the unique quality of our watches and that each one is hand-made with a certain texture, color and watch face specific to each order, we do not allow for returns, but may allow for an exchange, at our option.
